Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS, & USPS.

  • We will ship your item as quickly as possible. Usually within 1-2 business days.
  • For expedited shipping, please select “Expedited Shipping” at checkout.
  • We ship across North America and overseas for additional rate. Contact Us for International shipping options.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase date.

  • We offer a full refund for returned items that have a return number, issued by us. Any damaged item will also be refunded. Request an Issue of Return Number before returning or exchanging your item by emailing todd@lupinenorthamerica.com.
  • Item must be returned in original package, unused.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Ship your item to:

  • Tracking Number is Required! We are not responsible for lost shipments to us. Use a shipping service that can track your package.

Warranties

Warranty Information

Lupine is proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on our light systems. Batteries are covered under warranty for a 2 year period. We also offer a battery trade-in program that you can learn about in the Battery Trade In Guide.

We offer excellent customer support, and will help you resolve any issues beyond your warranty.

If your product is under warranty, we will repair your product at no cost. Please submit a Request Service form to request repair or service and select the “Under Warranty” option for free service.
