   I’ve had some issues with my Blika and its battery. Jerry from Lupine North-America responded in a timely manner. I then sent in the lamp and battery for repair, it got fixed in no time and now I’m looking forward to get my headlamp back. Great customer service!

   I’ve had the Lupine Lighting systems for more than 10 years and just recently need to have batteries repaired. I few quick emails and status on the age of my batteries and Lupine had me back in business with replacements.

   My battery faded for my bike system. After 3 years, I had lost >50% of capacity. Soon it didn’t last one-way on my Fairbanks winter commute. So I bought a bigger one. I procrastinated a year getting my my 3.3 Ah battery serviced. Finally got around to it, and was told, sorry. Too old. I’ve had it ~5 years. All of thier guarantees/warranties/servicing options are BS. They offered me 20% off a new battery – Laecherlich🤣. If you think you will get to keep replacing batteries to keep your light going for years – think again about paying out the nase for Lupine.

   I’m a dog musher in Alaska with a team of rescue huskies. Had some trouble with my batteries and Bill et al from Lupine were extraordinary with the service. With the long winter darkness and cold temps my Piko is critical for safety. I don’t trust any other unit to light me up on the trails. Thank you for your excellent product & service!
